I'm lost or don't know how to register my product! Help me!

Here are the simple steps to license your product.

1. Make sure you have completed installation of a trial copy of the software.

2. Launch the software.

3. Select "License" from the "Help" menu in the application.
     This will bring up a Dialog Box called "License Status" which will contain:
          Your site code
          An input area to enter your site key

Now you will need to get the site key

4. Select the site code and copy it.

5. Visit the product registration page at voyagersound.com/html/product_register.php

6. When you get to this page, if you are not logged in you will be prompted to log in using the username and password that you created when you purchased the product.
     If you have lost your username or password, contact Voyager Sound Support at support@voyagersound.com

7. Enter your username and password and click Login

You will now be taken to the registration page as a logged in user

8. On this page you will find:
     A place to enter your purchase number that you received when you purchased the product.
     A place to enter your site code that you copied from the application.
     
     If you have lost your purchase number, contact Voyager Sound Support at support@voyagersound.com

9. Enter your purchase number and paste your site code into the appropriate field.

10. Click register.

You will be taken to a page will show you your site key. IMPORTANT: IT WOULD BE BEST TO PRINT THIS PAGE AT THIS POINT TO KEEP YOUR NEW SITE KEY. If you lose this number in the future you can come back to the site and do the same thing.

11. Copy this site key and return to the Voyager Sound Application and paste it into the License Status window's Site Key field.

12. Click "Apply Site Key"

13. A message will appear informing you that the site key is valid or invalid depending on how it went.
